What People Are Saying
“I’ve been an athlete and worked out all my life and now that I’m older, I was concerned about my ability to recover from a torn quad tendon. The surgeon recommended Next Level, and I have been beyond impressed with Dr. Richard Cambria. The man made a point of understanding my goals, coordinating with the doctor, and consistently pushing me to my limit, but always sensing when to back off. I commented to the surgeon that I haven’t been pushed this hard since I competed in college half a century ago. Dr Rich listens and is incredibly observant, tailoring each session to where I am that day, good or bad. In a few months, we have progressed from being unable to bend my knee at all to beginning to work out again. I can’t speak highly enough of him.”

“So in Oct of 2023 I was pretty messed up from a motorcycle accident. Being that I had previous experience with Next Level, I knew that I was going to choose them again when it came time to start my Physical Therapy journey. I suffered a ruptured ACL, LCL, PCL, torn lateral and medial meniscus in my right knee and I also dislocated my left ankle tearing ligaments in that ankle along with breaking multiple bones in my left foot. Dr. Rich has been assigned with my recovery and oh man, that man has been killing it! I went from barely being able to walk when I stood up to being able to do certain single leg exercises that I completely lost the confidence in. He breaks things down and explains to where you don’t have to ask him for clarity. I highly recommend this group for anything PT related. They’re easy to deal with and give you as the patent their full attention! You get 1on1 every single appointment!”
— Billy M
“Richard is the absolute best. I went from struggling to be able to walk without pain to being able to run again. They’ve put my life back on track, I couldn’t recommend them enough if you have chronic leg pain.”
— Jesse G

“Dr. Rich is a great PT! I have been going for months to him for my shin splints. I have seen massive improvements in my body since I started here. I am getting back to normal more and more every day. I highly recommend this PT for a proper recovery.”

“Hi. I'm Kathy T…...Due to extensive back surgery I have terrible back pain and walk hunched over. I work with Dr. Rich , who , in my opinion, has hands of gold. He works with me, one on one for the hour, and finds those little spaces that that really help me. Yes , I still have pain but with each visit gets less and less. I will continue to go there as long as I qualify and will recommend Next Level
to everyone I can that had given up on therapy. And yes, I'm almost back to being 5"2" again. Rich, get those hands insured.

“I had a great experience with Dr. Rich Cambria…I went for an inner knee problem from a combined MCL and groin/quad injury. I’m grateful that Dr. Rich helped remedy the somewhat complicated injury as my symptoms evolved and get me back to my sport. He also gave me a plan for long term improvement and knee health. I’d recommend him……for any sports related injury.”

“I highly recommend Dr. Richard Cambria, a top-notch physical therapist….
After suffering with foot problems for many years, I successfully underwent extensive foot surgery two years ago. Once healed, I started working out again but had a lot of issues crop up after not working out for so long. Even walking was a challenge. I felt unsteady when walking, especially pivoting or making sudden movements as I walked……I met with Dr. Rich, who spent a lot of time going over my history, answering my questions, and explaining the mechanics of walking and how the muscles interact to make sure I understood everything.
Once I began treatments, Dr. Rich found that I had an adhesion/knot in the back of my right calf, which he released. (That part was not comfortable, but he is always very careful to make sure I was not in too much pain). Rich explained that the adhesion in my calf prevented my foot from bending properly, causing problems with my gait, and making me unsteady on my feet. I couldn't believe the difference afterward! Right from the start, I noticed I felt more sure-footed when I walked. I couldn’t believe the difference – it was a total game-changer for me.
Rich has since helped me with many exercises to re-train my feet, legs, and knees. Following my treatment sessions, he has sent follow-up emails with links to exercise videos for use going forward.
I highly recommend Dr. Rich Cambria – a great physical therapist who really cares.”
